I was looking at the reviews for Debbie Bliss Yarn on Ravelry, and I found out that they are being SUED by Cascade Yarns because Cascade supposedly did a test on Debbie Bliss Cashmerino Aran and found that there is NO CASHMERE WHATSOEVER in it. Pretty shocking for a yarn that retails for $10 for a 50g (100 yard) ball.
They are being charged for racketeering and corrupt organization :o
PAGING MICHELLE! If you should have the time, can you look over this lawspeak and let me know what's going on? Is Cascade winning? Is there really no cashmere in the yarn? I MUST KNOW.

ETA: nevermind, I figured out the lawspeak myself. It actually appears that in many respects, Cascade is WINNING. Debbie Bliss and their parent company, Knitting Fever, Inc (KFI) have been ordered to produce copies of fiber content analysis reports, photos, ect. The order happened on July 12th of this year. Can't wait to see the results of THAT one.
